How does the free trial work?
Pick a plan, set up your studio and add a card. You have 7 days to try everything. You're charged on day 8 unless you cancel, which takes one click from your billing page.
Where does my customers' money go?
Straight to your own Stripe account and then your bank. Hive Studio never holds your funds. Stripe's standard card fees apply on your account.
Can I bring my customers from my current system?
Yes. Export your contacts as a CSV file and import them in the dashboard. Names, emails and phone numbers are matched automatically, and no one is emailed during the import.
What about members I already have?
Current members can join your plans through your booking page, or we can help you plan the move from your current system. Write to us and we'll walk through it with you.
Do my customers need an app or a password?
No. They book from your page in any browser. Members get a personal link in their welcome email that books included services in two taps.
Is it available in Spanish?
Customer help is built in, in English and Spanish, and switches automatically for Spanish-language phones.
